Berkshire K2LA is a mid-rise, ultimate apartment living experience, featuring lavish extras and unforgettable views of downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood from relaxing cabanas on the rooftop deck. This property is a hidden gem amongst others in the area. After acquiring the property, Berkshire turned to us to refresh the brand that would appeal to a younger demographic in this vibrant, eclectic California community.

In the re-brand, we utilized negative space to highlight “LA” emphasizing the hidden gem quality of the property, while enhancing the visual hierarchy of the brand mark. The minimalist bold style of the logo makes for a strong, identifiable mark that reflects the targeted demographic.
