Berkshire Communities looked to Chameleon DG to facilitate a two day branding workshop, guiding and leading Berkshire through a series of brand building exercises, discussions and QAs to identify the company's current and future core brand positioning and direction. Within the workshop, we determined key stakeholders for Berkshire and how they are affected by the brand both internally and externally. We identified the employee point of view, how Berkshire is viewed by their customers, and where they are situated within the real estate marketplace. In the end, we arrived at a more focused direction, shaping and giving more purpose to the company's mission statement, core values, and brand statement tagline.
